About the Role

As a Shift Leader at JSN Networks, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in our Dunkin' Donuts restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.
  • Support a Respectful Team Environment
    • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
    • Encourage open communication and feedback among team members.
  • Communicate Shift Priorities, Goals, and Results with Team Members
    • Clearly communicate shift objectives and expectations to the team.
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve their performance.
  • Support the Training of Crew Members as Requested
    • Develop and implement training plans to ensure crew members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to help crew members develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Provide Coaching and Feedback to Crew Members
    • Offer regular feedback and coaching to help crew members improve their performance and achieve their goals.
    • Help crew members develop their skills and knowledge to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Work in a Team Environment
    • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Create and Maintain a Guest-First Culture in the Restaurant
    • Ensure that every guest interaction is positive and memorable.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive guest loyalty and retention.
  • Resolve Guest Issues
    • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns.
    • Work with the team to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure Brand Standards, Recipes, and Systems are Executed
    • Ensure that all restaurant operations are executed in accordance with Dunkin' Donuts brand standards.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain a Safe, Secure, and Healthy Work Environment by Following and Enforcing Safety, Food Safety, and Sanitation Guidelines; Comply with Local and State Laws
    • Ensure that all restaurant operations are conducted in a safe and healthy manner.
    • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Drive Profitability
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive Sales Goals and Results
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Execute Restaurant Standards and Marketing Initiatives
    • Ensure that all restaurant operations are executed in accordance with Dunkin' Donuts brand standards.
    • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and guest loyalty.
  • Manage Cash Over/Short During Shift
    • Monitor and manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and accountability.
    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cash handling.
  • Ensure All Products are Prepared According to Brand Standards
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared in accordance with Dunkin' Donuts brand standards.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
