Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of safety and well-being
  • Analyze and implement corrective measures to consistently ensure high quality and productivity, as well as cross-shift adherence to all company goals
  • Support and lead a team, as well as handle administrative tasks; build and support a strong team culture
  • Analyze performance and make suggestions for process improvements to optimize workflows and customer service
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes

A Day in the Life:

You will work in different shifts at one of our operational locations. Your main focus will be on ensuring safety standards are met by your team and throughout the entire location. You will also monitor process efficiency. Priorities in your daily work include routine team management and daily operational activities. Other tasks include handling escalations, process improvements, and cross-functional emergency planning.

Collaboration and Communication:

As an important member of the operations team, you will work with colleagues from other teams and external partners to ensure that we always meet the requirements of our customers as well as our own standards. This includes analyzing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area.
