  • Cash Handling: Accurately count and record assigned funds, make exchanges of funds throughout the shift, and keep the cash drawer balanced and impressed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Security and Compliance: Verify and document personal identification information for checks and cash advance transactions, and comply with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous cashier or banking experience preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be able to obtain a valid state gaming license.
  • Skills: Comfortable handling large sums of money, computer/keyboarding knowledge required, and ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to thirty (30) pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
  • Work Environment: Casino environment exposed to bright lights, noise, and changing temperatures.
