Position Overview
We are in search of a proactive Junior Sales Support Engineer to become a vital member of our team. In this capacity, you will significantly contribute to the sales initiatives for our software offerings by working closely with the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the sales team with pre-sales tasks and preparation of demonstrations.
- Acquiring skills in demonstration techniques and delivering product presentations.
- Conducting practice demonstrations for partners and producing product demo videos.
- Engaging with clients to explore product features and functionalities.
- Updating and maintaining demo scripts while enhancing product knowledge.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in sales support or customer service roles.
- Exceptional communication skills and a quick learning ability.
