Job Summary

The Student Ministry Worship Leader will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive worship program for the student ministry at Grace Christian Academy. This role will be responsible for leading worship music, creating a culture of worship, and fostering spiritual growth among students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead worship music for all student ministry services and events
  • Develop and implement strategic processes to create a culture of worship
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of student worship leaders
  • Collaborate with the student pastor and GSM team to evaluate existing programs and determine effectiveness
  • Plan and execute weekly worship sets, band composition, and other related activities
  • Engage with students in outreach and discipleship efforts
  • Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance existing programs and create a worshipful atmosphere
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive church information
  • Strong spiritual leadership and a commitment to the core values of Grace Christian Academy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of office operations and equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
