As a key member of the school district near Knoxville, this individual will play a vital role in supporting students' academic success and well-being.

Compensation PackageThe selected candidate can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be in the range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This comprehensive compensation package includes a guaranteed hourly rate, direct and indirect services pay, liability insurance, and a range of benefits such as health, vision, dental, and 401k matching.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field and a valid state license or certification. Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred but not mandatory. Key responsibilities will include providing academic counseling, developing and implementing individualized plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure student success.

  • Current state license or certification to practice as a psychologist
  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting (preferably)
