The Front Office Operations Lead is an integral part of the Naples Hotel Group team, focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading our hospitality teams to success. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional guest service skills and promoting a positive company culture
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve hotel operations and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Analyze business data to create informed staffing decisions and optimize work schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in hotel operations, including front office or management roles
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and team development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Package: Estimated salary range $72,000 - $92,000 per year.
