About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned product leader to drive the creation of products that deliver value to our business and customers. As the Chief Product Officer, you'll be responsible for spearheading the overall product strategy formation and execution, ensuring a unified and cohesive product vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute a product strategy that drives business success and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the Product Management department and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Develop and manage a process for creating a scalable product portfolio
  • Build and manage a world-class team of product professionals
  • Identify target consumer segments and markets, and evaluate market trends and competition strategies
  • Lead the transformation of product ideas into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects
  • Ensure continuous improvement in product quality and compliance with market needs
  • Review and refine product sales strategies
Requirements
  • Leadership skills to influence, manage, and guide employees
  • Communication skills to persuade, motivate, and guide employees and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to assess product performance, customer experience, and revenue growth opportunities
  • Strategy skills to navigate and manage the development process
  • Customer engagement skills to identify customer needs and make data-driven decisions
  • Problem-solving skills to make complex decisions under stressful situations
  • Budgeting skills to set budgets that utilize minimum resources
  • Data-driven reporting skills to interpret and maintain timely qualitative and quantitative reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 18 years of progressive product-centric technology leadership experience
  • 10 years of experience in B2B product leadership
