Designing the Future of Memory

As a Senior Node Development Design Engineer at Micron, you will contribute to the overall design, layout, and optimization of memory/logic/analog circuits, parasitic modeling, and assisting in design validation and required tape-out revisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the layout process including floor planning, placement, and routing performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators.
  • Collaborate with marketing, probe, assembly, test, process integration, and product engineering groups to ensure accurate manufacturability of product.
  • Ensure enhancement of design quality by adhering and implementing guidance from standards, cad, modeling and verification groups.
  • Drive innovation into the future memory generations within a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
  • VLSI knowledge and Cadence experience.
  • General programming knowledge.
  • General DRAM knowledge.
  • CMOS Circuit Design.
  • General DRAM Design knowledge.
  • Digital Design using RTL.
