About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Node Development Product Engineer to join our DRAM Technology Development group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing industry-leading DRAM solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable new process node startup, qualification, yield, and ramp through innovative solutions and multi-functional engagement with partner groups.
  • Provide direction to development teams using detailed knowledge for process integration and develop key metrics for feedback on new technology.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering groups to understand yield issues and priorities, and support design verification and validation using CAD tools and simulations.
  • Perform electrical failure analysis and yield improvement using data and bench testing analysis, and identify design marginalities and recommend design solutions for circuit-related problems.
  • Apply state-of-art in-house engineering equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis, and identify causes of low yield through detailed analysis.
  • Apply statistical tools for detailed data analysis on product to drive yield improvement projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent.
  • Effective written and spoken communication skills, good organizational skills, and ability to make decisions in complex situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong presentation skills, and self-motivation and enthusiasm.
