About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with others and providing assistance. A residential living community is in search of a Front Desk Receptionist to manage various organizational and administrative responsibilities.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist tasks, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and making necessary calls.
  • Grant access to visitors, residents, and vendors.
  • Log incoming packages and notify recipients upon arrival.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with computers and office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Gmail and other email software.
  • Possess a friendly, patient, and kind demeanor.
  • Reliable and eager to assist others.
