Overview

MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society is seeking a qualified Neonatologist to provide exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be a proficient clinician who collaborates effectively within a team, adheres to evidence-based practices, and is dedicated to delivering superior patient care. Responsibilities
  • Manage a NICU with a capacity of 8 Level-II and 8 Level-III beds
  • Handle an average of 2,200 births annually, with approximately 375 NICU admissions and a daily patient census of 8
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of 4 neonatologists
  • Participate in a robust developmental follow-up program with comprehensive pediatric sub-specialty support
  • Maintain a schedule of 7 to 8 24-hour shifts each month
