Position Overview:

MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society is seeking a qualified Neonatologist to provide exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with a mix of Level-II and Level-III beds.
  • Oversee a significant number of annual births and NICU admissions, maintaining a daily patient census.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of neonatologists.
  • Implement a robust developmental follow-up program supported by pediatric sub-specialties.
  • Maintain a balanced work schedule with a set number of shifts each month.
