This role is an exciting opportunity for a medical professional to contribute their expertise and passion for healthcare to support the Illinois SALT program. As a Clinical Services Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating assessments and making determinations regarding individuals' needs for additional supports and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collect data, define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $22.26 - $29.71 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate assessments and make determinations regarding individuals' needs for additional supports and services
  • Conduct medical and/or behavioral health assessments for individuals in accordance with contract requirements
  • Review assessments or other clinical documents and prepare reports to make clinical determinations or recommendations based on program requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required
  • LPN, RN, LCSW, or related licensure preferred and may be required based on contract requirements
