About the Role
This Medical Assistant position requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in daily huddles with patient care teams, preparing patient charts for providers, reviewing registries for preventative care, and assisting with screenings and exams.

Key Competencies: Effective Communication, Conflict Resolution, Critical Thinking, and Interpersonal Skills are essential for success in this role. We prioritize candidates who demonstrate a commitment to excellence, empathy, and respect in their interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must possess certification as a Medical Assistant through AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT. A minimum of one to two years of medical assisting experience in a primary care ambulatory setting is preferred. You should also have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic health records. Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
