Wholesale Sales Representative for Glassybaby

We are seeking a highly motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and execute a wholesale marketing strategy, build strong relationships with partners, and drive sales growth.
About the JobThis is a standard-bearer position for the glassybaby brand, representing our values of kindness, craftsmanship, and generosity. The ideal candidate will be able to fully understand the intangible aspects of glassybaby and develop an authentic love for the product and its message.
Responsibilities- Form, maintain, and expand wholesale accounts, real estate, hotel, hospital, and collegiate affiliates.
- Identify potential markets and develop marketing strategies to target a specific market area.
- Bulk and track rapport by sharing the glassybaby story at all reasonable opportunities while professionally and accurately representing glassybaby in interactions with current and future partners and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to grow business through cold call sales.
- Arrange and monitor marketing activities and sales campaigns.
- Track and measure marketing outcomes, including responses, leads, sales, retention, and ROI (Return on Investment)/ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment).
- Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, proactive but willing to learn.
- Ability to multitask, managing many different projects with varying degrees of urgency and frequent changes.
- Outgoing personality.
- Organizational skills.
- Kind and courteous customer service skills and ability to create a rapport with customers.
- Ability to add, subtract, divide, multiply, and figure percentages.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- BS in Marketing or Business.
- NetSuite - ability a plus – CRM module.
- 7-10 years of extensive sales experience in Retail and wholesale, looking to generate over $5 million in sales.
- Base salary plus commission after 90 days.
The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
