Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of Senior Program Executive. This individual will be responsible for overseeing program innovation, staff management, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The Senior Program Executive will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional programs that align with our organizational philosophy and meet the needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute significantly to the achievement of strategic objectives as a member of the management team.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and community partners.
- Lead the development and enhancement of community programs across various departments.
- Guide department heads in achieving high-quality program delivery while adhering to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with staff to identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional member and customer service across all departments.
- Mentor and supervise team members to foster effective communication with program participants.
- Assist in creating comprehensive program and communication plans.
- Guarantee that programs are adequately staffed and resourced to maintain high standards.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for various programs.
- Play a vital role in planning and executing special events.
- Collaborate with other organizations to create joint programs and community initiatives.
- Oversee departmental budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Work with leadership to ensure investments align with our mission and strategic goals.
- Support fundraising efforts in collaboration with development staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Senior Program Executive will oversee multiple departments, including Early Learning, Youth Programs, Senior Services, and Community Engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in program planning and development.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large teams.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Jewish culture and traditions is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
