Job Title: Senior Functional Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Architect to join our team at Crescens. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing functional, operational, and basic technical support for our QA applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing exceptional service to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide daily production support and conduct initial/first-level triage of tickets and issues reported by various teams
* Coordinate with stakeholder teams across business and technical units to provide support to all QA applications
* Act as a Functional SME for all QA applications
* Act as a release manager for the QA applications, coordinating application deployments/changes working with QA program and managers
* Work with vendors and QA technical lead to plan and execute software releases for the OQA's applications

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience with foundational understanding in programming languages (VB.Net, C#, Visual Basic, Classic ASP, .Net Framework versions, and IIS)
* 5+ years of experience with foundational understanding in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
* Hands-on experience writing and executing complex SQL queries and understanding database functions, stored procedures, views, and data models
* Ability to triage and provide first-level technical support when troubleshooting issues
* Basic knowledge of operating systems, specifically Microsoft desktop and server OS
* Familiarization with software development methodologies (Agile Development, DevOps, Waterfall, and Rapid Application Development)
* Conduct and coordinate manual testing, ability to understand automated test scripts, and have fundamental knowledge of automated testing

Functional Skills:

* 5+ years of experience in working with large groups of stakeholders, timely coordination with stakeholders in troubleshooting issues, and devising solutions to problems
* Strong research skills, including asking the right questions, gathering relevant information from appropriate resources, developing hypotheses, and writing comprehensive reports and documents
* Strong documentation skills and experience working with system documentation, user documentation, process documentation, and source code documentation
* Ability to review documentation provided by the vendor, including Change Request Forms, Release schedules and timelines, test plans, and other deliverables
* Strong communication skills and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams with proven experience communicating complex and technical concepts in ways that are easy to understand for non-technical team members
