Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Delivery Lead to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for collaborating with business, technology, and data partners to understand competing priorities, dependencies, and high-level requirements. You will track program milestones, advise on program scope, dependencies, timelines, financials, and change controls.

About the Role

This is a hybrid schedule position, 3x/week, with a focus on a Financial Regulatory Reporting Automation initiative and Core Finance Applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements

  • BAC Change Management (or equivalent) experience
  • Familiarity with BAC Enterprise Data Management (eDIM)
  • Degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience with MRAs, Regulatory Rules/Regulations, and/or other regulatory-related change
  • Prior experience in CFO/Treasury/Markets/Finance
  • At least 8+ years' experience in an IT organization/environment, 5+ years' experience leading complex cross-functional IT initiatives in large-scale enterprise application architecture and implementation
  • At least 7+ years' business analysis experience and/or demonstrated ability to effectively translate technical issues into business terms and deliver the information in a clear, concise way
  • Self-driven leader with strong executive presence and communication skills to partner with, establish credibility with, and influence key stakeholders in a heavily matrixed environment
  • Execution-oriented with ability to quickly organize work and execute with speed
  • Able to manage multiple threads of work and balance competing priorities
