Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to manage infrastructure delivery, including initiatives within Application Production Services and Engineering. The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for application teams and work with Technology stakeholders, Service Providers, and the business to deliver the Infrastructure Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee infrastructure delivery (scope, milestones, and capability) of the book of work and execute and monitor the progress of initiatives/projects to address roadblocks and issues proactively.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all technology stakeholder needs, including network, storage, server, and TI supporting software, and serve as a point of escalation for issues and defining plans to resolve and communicate those problems requiring further attention.
  • Report on key metrics, prioritize the work across the portfolio, and monitor the overall health of the portfolio.
  • Manage trusted relationships with the business and technology leaders and prepare a detailed portfolio-level plan to agree on deliverables, including service levels and milestones.
  • Manage yearly and monthly initiative funding budget and allocations, providing financial transparency for Technology Cost of Application (TCOA) chargebacks, capital forecasting, initiative finances, and stale application volumes.
  • Communicate Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) strategies, services, and products to technology stakeholders, advocate for top priorities within CTI, and influence change effectively through strong partnerships.
  • Lead fellowship Communities of Practice (CPO) in the organization and across other delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate technical design skills to successfully complete TBoDs (technical basis of design) within AutoCAD, interpret various build-out standards, participate in project scope discussions, interpret LOB request/requirements, and have a general understanding of technical build-out projects and their timelines.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with project teams (including end-user clients, architects, furniture manufacturers, and technology vendors) to discuss IT, AV, and other requirements.
  • Provide documentation (capturing low voltage, electrical, audio/visual, and infrastructure scope) in the form of a technical basis of design to architects, technology vendors, and general contractors for the purpose of construction, pricing, and implementation guidelines.
  • Develop AV solutions for custom conference rooms utilizing enterprise standards as a starting point, design and layout network equipment rooms and telecommunications rooms adhering to company and industry standards, and consult with construction project teams across multiple trades to ensure delivery of the project.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with technology project management, with a focus on technology integration in construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, voice/data, audio/visual systems, and security systems.
  • General understanding of facilities, commercial construction projects, and the construction cycle.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree or equivalent working experience
