Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises a team of regional directors within the Eastern Region.
- Conducts timely and constructive performance reviews.
- Involved in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of management-level personnel.
- Handles employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policies.
Core Duties:
- Oversees client management functions throughout the region.
- Manages financial objectives and identifies business opportunities.
- Works collaboratively with executive leadership to establish and achieve company objectives while providing operational expertise.
- Coordinates with other regions to fulfill organizational goals and initiatives.
- Identifies and implements innovative processes, technologies, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

- Reviews and approves financial reports, cost estimates, and staffing needs for the region.
- Establishes and manages the regional budget.

- Identifies training requirements and ensures appropriate training programs are developed and delivered.
- Performs additional related duties as necessary.
- Maintains a certain level of billability as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant industry experience, including five (5) years in a senior management role.
