Lead the Branch Operations and Operations Support Services within the organization.

Work collaboratively with internal departments to evaluate, plan, and optimize the effective use of financial products and services.

Develop, monitor, and implement the strategic business plan of the organization, ensuring it aligns with the overarching vision and objectives.

Collaborate with senior management to assess, formulate, and recommend policies, products, services, and processes that enhance the bank's competitive position and financial sustainability.

Ensure adherence to policies, compliance with regulations, and oversee the effective implementation of established procedures.

Direct and supervise branch operations and support personnel through subordinate managers to ensure achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

Engage with management on initiatives related to customer and product profitability and rate analysis.

Prepare operational reports and participate in the planning and budgeting processes.

Collaborate on product development and enhancement initiatives.

Establish financial and service delivery performance goals for branches and monitor outcomes.

Oversee branch administration and operations, setting policies and procedures that promote efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

Manage and report on branch losses while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide mentorship and coaching to develop managers and staff.

Identify staffing needs within each branch and coordinate with HR for job openings and internal postings.

Stay informed about current trends impacting the financial services sector, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the bank's policies and procedures while continuously enhancing skills and expertise.

Perform additional job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
