Job Summary:The Front Desk Hybrid Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while also assisting with studio operations and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:- Client Experience: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for our clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey.
- Interpersonal Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with supervisors, peers, and clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure timely and efficient information exchange.
- Studio Operations: Assist with studio cleaning, restocking, and upkeep, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
- Fuel Bar Operations: Deliver quality protein smoothies and customer service in the Fuel Bar, handling pre-orders and orders on the spot, custom to each client's needs.
- Facility Maintenance: Prepare studio spaces before, after, and in-between classes, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our clients.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client requests with a can-do attitude and a patient, courteous demeanor.
- Availability: Availability for two to five shifts, one being a weekend day, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, morning or night shifts.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with all Barry's staff members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering a world-class experience.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and behavior, adhering to Barry's standards and expectations.
As a Front Desk Hybrid Team Member at Barry's, you will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and life and AD&D insurance.
The hourly rate for this position is $17.28 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
