About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Careerbuilder-US. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, selecting and implementing solutions to remedy pest presence, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pest Control Services: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity, select and implement effective solutions to remedy pest presence, and perform pest treatments to create a pest-free environment.
  • Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits, listen to customer needs, and offer solutions to pest issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry through provided training and education.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work independently.
