We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Goodwin Procter LLP, a leading law firm. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with clients to practice law with integrity, ingenuity, and ambition.

Job Summary:

As an HRBP, you will provide HR support to assigned business groups, working collaboratively across offices and functions. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Human Resources, US, on projects across the Talent Organization and the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR programs and initiatives in support of business plans.
  • Consult on goals and goal alignment for assigned businesses.
  • Local point of contact for HR-related questions or concerns.

You will be responsible for guiding leaders using data and analytics, demonstrated success in partnering with business managers, and coaching managers and leaders at different levels of experience.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law.
  • 5+ years of manager-level HR experience.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in a law firm or professional services organization preferred.
  • Ability to guide leaders using data and analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with business managers and coaching managers and leaders at different levels of experience.

In exchange for your skills and expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible work arrangements, health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement & savings plan, emergency back-up child and adult care, paid vacation, sick time off, holidays, professional development and career advancement opportunities, employee recognition and reward programs, employee wellness and assistance programs, and employee discounts and perks.
