As a highly skilled associate attorney with 2+ years of experience in energy regulatory litigation, you will join our dynamic team at HR Talent Partners. You will represent project developers, independent power producers, private equity and infrastructure funds, end users of energy, and national clean energy trade groups across a broad spectrum of high-stakes legal and business matters. Work includes litigating before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), providing insightful counsel to clients, and collaborating with our experienced attorneys to achieve commercial goals while complying with regulations. Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $285,000 to $355,000, and this role is bonus eligible. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
