Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Fabrinet West is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, understanding the production process, and ensuring quality goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine production activities with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.
- Report material and equipment issues to relevant personnel.
- Maintain accurate logs of completed work.
- Understand and meet customer expectations.
- Operate Surface Mount Technology equipment with expertise.
- Set up and run SMT Machines with precision.
- Read and follow work instructions and C-CAM.
Requirements:
- Secondary or High School education.
- At least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in all machines related to manufacturing.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
