Job Summary

Fabrinet West is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, understanding the production process, and ensuring quality goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine production activities with high accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Load and unload materials and products from production lines and equipment.
  3. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.
  4. Report material and equipment issues to relevant personnel.
  5. Maintain accurate logs of completed work.
  6. Understand and meet customer expectations.
  7. Operate Surface Mount Technology equipment with expertise.
  8. Set up and run SMT Machines with precision.
  9. Read and follow work instructions and C-CAM.

Requirements:

  • Secondary or High School education.
  • At least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Proficiency in all machines related to manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
