Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Photographer to join our team. As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you will be responsible for providing world-class guest service while creating a memorable photo experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience throughout the photo process.
  • Take Photos and Provide Souvenirs: Take high-quality photos and provide customers with memorable souvenirs to take home.
  • Operate POS System and Photography Equipment: Operate our point-of-sale system and photography equipment with ease and efficiency.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Working Environment: Ensure a safe and clean working environment for both customers and staff.
  • Work as a Team Member: Collaborate with other team members to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Team Player: Be a team player who can work independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and able to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to Process Sales Transactions: Have the ability to process sales transactions and be comfortable with cash handling.
