Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and direct the work of a department, program, or agency to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve the quality of life for our citizens.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including residents, staff, colleagues, and supervisors, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide consultation and facilitation services to persons with disabilities, including those with developmental/intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and other special needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
- One year of experience in planning, organizing, and directing the work of a department, program, or agency.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, applied behavior analysis, or special education preferred.
- Knowledge of developmental/intellectual disability, mental illness, applied behavior analysis, positive behavior support, essential lifestyle planning, and person-centered support programs.
- Experience in providing consultation and facilitation services to persons with disabilities.
