Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing Associate will assist the Sales and Marketing department in various capacities, including:
  • Digital Marketing: Aid in the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.

  • Content Development: Assist in creating and developing marketing materials, including promotional scientific content such as webinars, publications, and whitepapers.

  • Customer Outreach: Engage with potential customers through calls, utilizing strategic questioning to identify leads and facilitate connections with Sales Managers.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems, specifically Hubspot.

  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of in-person events, including meetings, tradeshows, and vendor showcases.

This position will report directly to the Senior Director.


Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in biology, life sciences, or marketing/business, with a preference for postgraduate studies in Marketing or Management. The following qualifications are also essential:
  • Proven experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and analyzing multifaceted marketing programs.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Confidence in phone communication.

  • Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated history of productivity and task completion.

  • Experience in a B2B sales environment is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $52,500 - $67,500, reflecting the anticipated compensation based on individual performance, experience, and skills required for the role.
