Job Title: Driveway Contract Analyst

Driveway is seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. As a key link between the Driveway Care Center and our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our customers through effective communication, documentation, and process coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers regarding paperwork and DMV processes, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Create and complete all deal-related paperwork, including DMV documentation, in various systems.
  • Process paperwork with customers using digital tools, including trade paperwork.
  • Ensure all paperwork meets the needs of the Business Office, state-specific DMV, and lender requirements.
  • Work with the Business Office to track deal receivables and follow up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive customer service attitude.
  • Ability to work in various dealership systems, including DMS, DMV, e-contracting, and digital contracting.
