Position Summary: As a Lead Curriculum Innovator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining educational resources that empower educators and enhance student learning outcomes. You will collaborate closely with educators and administrators to identify curriculum needs and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance educational materials, instructional resources, and assessments tailored to the needs of educators and students.
  • Oversee a dynamic cross-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with subject matter experts and strategic partners to ensure alignment with educational standards and best practices.
  • Maintain and update course documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize innovative approaches, including emerging technologies, to enhance content development processes.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Manager to ensure high-quality curriculum production that meets the diverse needs of our educational partners.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and strategies in online education and curriculum development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in education or curriculum development is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or curriculum development, with a focus on virtual learning environments.
  • Strong understanding of K-12 academic standards and experience in developing aligned educational materials.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while producing high-quality, detail-oriented work.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative product management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology tools.
