Your Role
As a Customer Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in building relationships with customers, collaborating with internal teams to solve challenging customer problems, and leveraging our proven processes and innovative technology platform to manage shipments.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve operational efficiency
Communicate shipment updates and provide exceptional customer service through our technology platform
Participate in networking opportunities to stay informed about new opportunities and best practices

Compensation and Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
