Position Summary:

The primary role of the Lead SAP Functional Consultant is to assist Domino's Pizza in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of our SAP ecosystem, which includes SAP S/4, EWM, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, and BTP. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of SAP principles and processes, coupled with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The consultant will serve as a vital IT resource in enhancing and stabilizing the utilization of SAP within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the design, construction, testing, and deployment of configurations for SAP implementations.
  • Facilitate analysis and design discussions with key business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between SAP and other ERP systems.
  • Communicate updates and share relevant information with IT team members regarding implementation and modifications for backlog and change requests.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, business and IT subject matter experts, and developers to assist in the design and implementation process.
  • Work alongside SAP product support to recommend best practice strategies that enhance system implementation.
  • Partner with the SAP product support team to oversee system upgrades.
  • Identify and assess recurring support challenges that may require system solutions and manage them to resolution.
  • Support Level 1 and 2 team members in documenting and resolving production issues.
  • Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and issue resolution processes.
  • Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as necessary.
  • Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ongoing reporting requirements.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with internal customers for solution development, service management, risk management, and relationship building.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of project deliverables to enable the business to meet its objectives through effective SAP utilization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for business inquiries related to SAP.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and third-party resources, including system integrators, throughout various project phases.
  • Provide recommendations and create documentation for business process redesign initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a business analyst.
  • General knowledge of end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning systems and processes, particularly SAP.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with various SAP modules: S/4, EWM, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, BTP.
  • Proficient in SAP configuration.
  • Familiarity with change and release processes.
  • Experience as part of an SAP implementation team is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to work independently and a willingness to share knowledge.
  • Broad IT skills and knowledge, including productivity and SDLC tools.
  • Proven history of process development, systems optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership on best practices for enterprise application integrations.
  • Hands-on capability for all technical aspects and configuration of SAP, including troubleshooting and support.
