Overview:

The Consultant will engage with a variety of clients, including small and medium enterprises as well as large corporations. Collaborating within a team framework alongside internal and client stakeholders, the consultant will focus on developing, analyzing, and enhancing clients' business and IT processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

The Consultant will undertake the following duties, among others as required for each project:

  • Manage and execute business and IT projects within their designated assignments.
  • Collaborate with client leadership to identify business requirements, gather needs, devise targeted solutions, and implement effective business processes.
  • Facilitate leadership decision-making through the use of key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and process performance analytics.
  • Serve as the primary resource for project teams supporting all business and IT initiatives.
  • Design and create artifacts for system and process enhancements, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work aids.
  • Oversee the execution of system and process improvement recommendations with clients, coordinating with other consultants to manage all aspects of these initiatives.
  • Conduct data analytics and develop metrics, establishing KPIs for the current state and monitoring them during and after the implementation of process improvements.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates for Consultant Level positions will possess the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field with two years of professional experience, or a graduate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven track record in analysis-driven problem-solving.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
  • Skilled in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Capable of handling confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
  • Able to build effective working relationships with client personnel.
  • Expertise in data analytics, data visualization, and KPI/dashboard development is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the general qualifications required for a Consultant level position, it is desirable, though not mandatory, for the Consultant to have one or more of the following subject matter expertise:

  • Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the utility, construction, or healthcare sectors.
  • Familiarity with process modeling and diagramming software and tools.
  • Experience in Systems Structural Modeling, Behavioral Modeling, or Architectural Modeling.
  • Familiarity with OPPM, Oracle Primavera Unifier Systems.

Travel Requirements:

  • Currently remote due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19.
