Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Lead Child and Youth Program Assistant. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise children and youth during daily activities
  2. Plan and coordinate events, outings, and special activities
  3. Ensure compliance with DoD and local installation standards
  4. Instruct team members in specific tasks and job techniques

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
  • One of the following credentials: Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, Military School Age Credential, Army Youth Practicum, or other nationally recognized Youth Development Credential
