Mental Health Program Manager for Child and Adolescent Services

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, LPCC, or IMFT to lead our Child and Adolescent Counseling Services in Lorain County.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position responsible for the management and oversight of program operations, including administrative tasks, program planning, supervision, and clinical services. The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents and 2 years of supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Oversee the administration and daily operations of Child and Adolescent Counseling Services.
- Program Budget and Objectives: Develop and manage program budgets, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Program Growth and Expansion: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of program services.
- Program Development: Develop and implement new program initiatives and services.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contracts.
- Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies to ensure program safety.
- Employee Evaluations: Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback.
To be considered for this role, you must possess an independent license from the state of Ohio as an LISW, LPCC, or IMFT.
