- Masonry and Hydraulics: The candidate will have basic knowledge of masonry, including cement work, and hydraulics, including hydraulic pumps and cylinders.
- Physical Demands: The Traffic Control Technician must be able to lift 50 pounds and be mechanically inclined.
- Communication Skills: The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers and possess a presentable demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, documenting repairs, measurements, and recommendations for future repairs.
- Flexibility: The Traffic Control Technician will be required to work overtime and/or on-call as needed, and be willing to travel and work overnight shifts throughout the United States.
- Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, basic construction hand tools, and OSHA 10hr certification or completion within 3 months of employment.
