Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Area Vice President to manage our operations across various states.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven history of driving growth, enhancing profitability, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Reporting directly to the President, the Area Vice President will be instrumental in implementing the company's strategic vision and ensuring operational excellence within their designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Implement regional strategies that align with company goals to foster growth and profitability. Provide guidance and direction to brand leaders and their teams.
Financial Oversight:
Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the region. Establish cost-control measures and revenue enhancement strategies to meet financial objectives. Partner with local brands to boost revenue while improving gross margins.
Operational Efficiency:
Ensure operational effectiveness across all business areas, including timely reporting, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.
Assist in the implementation of best practices, systems, and standard operating procedures to optimize performance.Team Development:
Collaborate with local brand leaders to create development pathways for themselves and their teams. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular meetings with the region to review KPIs, share best practices, and discuss future initiatives.
Customer Focus:
Advocate for a customer-centric approach and ensure that the highest standards of service quality and satisfaction are consistently achieved or surpassed.
Through the sharing of best practices, continually enhance the quality of the customer journey.Stakeholder Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand leaders, marketing teams, finance, HR, safety, and recruiting.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
5+ years of senior leadership experience in the home services sector, with a successful track record in multi-state operations.
Proven capability to execute strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and meet financial targets.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region and occasionally on a national level.
