Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Coordinator to join our team. As a BDC Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Provide product information and direct customers to dealership resources
  • Present financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads and no-shows
  • Participate in team development sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role in customer service experience
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to commute to Moreno Valley
