Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex multimillion-dollar projects.

About the Role

  • You will lead and manage high-performing project teams to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
  • Develop and implement innovative means, methods, and construction strategies to perform work safely and productively.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster close working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
