We are seeking a highly skilled Project Superintendent to join our team in Meriden, CT.

About the Job:

  • Oversee large-scale construction projects, including commercial and multi-family developments.
  • Supervise and coordinate work among various tradespeople and subcontractors.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial and multi-family projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • OSHA 30 certification is required.

Compensation:$140,000 - $220,000 per year.
