About the Role
As a Construction Superintendent with Michael Page, you will oversee all construction activities and trade contractors on site. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities and trade contractors.
  • Maintain daily logs, resolve construction issues, and ensure project compliance with safety standards.
  • Plan and review construction schedules with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure quality control, safety, and cost management throughout the project.

The Successful Candidate
You should have at least 10 years of experience in construction supervision, including multi-family and commercial projects. A competitive salary of $100k-$135k is offered, commensurate with experience.
