We are a prominent player in the commercial real estate sector, recognized for our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
Compensation:
Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
Benefits:
- Base salary of $65,000-$80,000 plus a 4% pro-rated bonus
- Potential discretionary bonus of up to 5% based on start date

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in commercial or retail property management is highly desirable.
- A real estate license is preferred.
- CPM or RPA designation or candidacy is a plus.
