If so, we invite you to consider a role as a Behavior Technician.
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized, one-on-one support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities in various settings.
Position Type: Part-time
Compensation: Starting at $23.00 per hour with potential increases based on experience and training.

Schedule: Enjoy a consistent yet flexible schedule. Sessions typically occur on weekdays during after-school hours, with some weekend availability.
Minimum Commitment: 10-15 hours per week, with at least 3 days of availability.
Location: Serving the Worcester Metro Area.
We are hiring multiple candidates for entry-level and mid-level positions.
Similar Roles: ABA Technicians, Behavior Therapists, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Educational Associates.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with backgrounds as Paraprofessionals, Assistant Teachers, or Direct Support Professionals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities: As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the guidance of a BCBA and be responsible for:
- Collecting data using company-provided electronic devices
- Implementing tailored behavior support plans
- Executing skill acquisition programs
- Collaborating with families for effective client support
- Submitting required documentation in a timely manner
- Participating in monthly case review meetings with supervisors
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or teens (minimum 6 months)
- Reliable transportation for client visits
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred
- Friendly and energetic demeanor with a passion for working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to work independently and in small group settings
- Strong communication skills across various situations
