Behavior Monitor Job Description

Northeast Family Services is a leading provider of mental health services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are seeking skilled and compassionate Behavior Monitors to join our team.

Job Summary

The Behavior Monitor will work in our In-Home Behavioral Service (IHBS) program under the supervision of a licensed IHBS Clinician. The successful candidate will support the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to achieve in-home therapy goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Clinician's treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to achieve in-home therapy goals.
  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support clients' successful functioning in the home and community.
  • Collaborate with the Clinician and other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.
  • Document client progress and provide regular updates to the Clinician and other team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field.
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience working with children, youth, and families.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Able to work a specified schedule.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a car.
  • Must be 18 years old.

Compensation
  • Full-time: Salary $42,000 - $52,000. Incentive rate $40/hour over productivity.
  • Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40/hour.
