About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled JIRA Cloud Administrator to join our team at GCyber. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining JIRA dashboards and workflows to streamline cloud systems deployment and management.

In this role, you will analyze current functionality, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall user experience. Your expertise in application and system administration will also be essential in managing user permissions, performing data backups, and testing new versions of tools and plug-ins.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Atlassian products, particularly JIRA, with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external contacts at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current functionality and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement changes to enhance the overall user experience
  • Manage user permissions, perform data backups, and test new versions of tools and plug-ins
  • Construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA
  • Construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages
  • Perform Atlassian installations, migration, and plugin installation

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
