**Job Overview**

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Lead Enterprise Network Specialist to join our team in Arlington, VA.

This role will be responsible for managing the operational environment for the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) NOC and supporting the transformation of the existing Secure Web Services (SWS) environment into a more mature service offering.

The ideal candidate will have experience in network administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and security measures. They will work closely with other IT disciplines to ensure smooth operations of the customer's multi-user environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve system anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and generate process improvements to minimize future occurrences of recurring issues.
  • Work independently and in coordination with other IT disciplines to ensure smooth operations of the customer's multi-user environment.
  • Implement STIG requirements, Engineering Implementation Plans (EIPs), Industry best practices, and network security measures in accordance with customer and DOD standards.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, communicate status updates, and document issues along with associated resolution measures.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Review user requests for upgrades or additions to the network and assess impact on network performance.
  • Provide support during systems outages and regular progress updates on resolution times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, or additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
  • Active DOD TS/SCI level security clearance and eligibility to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT business systems.
  • Experience in at least 5 of the following areas: configuring Cisco switches and routers, dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), TCPDUMP/WireShark, troubleshooting of S2S/DMVPN/IPSEC tunnels connection, LAN and WAN network troubleshooting, basic firewall troubleshooting and configuration, AWS Cloud services, VLAN configurations and VLAN Trunking, Spanning Tree Protocol, and 802.1x.

Salary Range:$87,100 - $157,450
