Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Cloud Transformation Expert to lead customer adoption and migration strategies across the US National Security sector.

About the Role

This Senior Customer Solutions Manager will be responsible for guiding customers through their cloud transformation journey, ensuring they realize sustained business value through accelerated cloud adoption.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs, with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion.

A strong understanding of cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects, is also essential. In addition, experience working with customer-facing teams to solve complex business problems using advanced technologies is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cloud adoption and migration strategies with customers, identifying opportunities and associated business and technical risks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive detailed discussions seeking alignment to deliver cloud solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects, navigating risks and roadblocks in an ambiguous and changing environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects.
