Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Tech PRN to join our team at Arkansas Children's Hospital. As a Radiology Tech PRN, you will be responsible for performing radiographic examinations and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic examinations using various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI
  • Prepare patients for examinations, including positioning and shielding
  • Operate imaging equipment and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of radiographic techniques and positioning to ensure high-quality images
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college program or technical school
  • Direct experience as a radiologic technologist or in a related field
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and licensure in Arkansas
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Experience in pediatric radiology or a related field
